Alaskan Malamute Missouri

We live in the heart of the Mark Twain National Forest on our
small farm of 24 acres here in the beautiful state of Missouri.

My husband, Jeff works for his family's sawmill business (logging and hauling lumber).
Jeff grew up in the country on a farm. So we decided that we would raise our children in that same kind of
environment because we love life in the country.

We have three children, two daughters (Toni & Taylor) and one son (Cole).

Our daughter, Toni caused our fascination with Alaskan Malamutes.
She wanted an Alaskan Malamute puppy since she was little and was always looking at them on the internet.
So, we were just like everyone else and were looking for a puppy.
One day we went to a family farm to buy an Australian Shepherd and came home with
two Alaskan Malamutes also. That was the day we fell in love with this beautiful breed.

We raised Australian Shepherds first and later got our Malamutes.
Our kennel name was Pucky Huddle Pups in the beginning. (The town we live closest to, was called Pucky
Huddle when it was founded. It has since changed to Davisville.)
After deciding to keep only one breed we placed all of our Australian Shepherds in homes and that is when
we changed our kennel name to Missouri Malamutes.

Our dogs are not just for breeding, they are part of our family.
We feel that we are so blessed to be able to raise Alaskan Malamutes.

We think that one of the most beautiful sounds is our Malamutes singing!
We love to sit outside and listen to them sing.

If you are ever near us, we would be more than
happy for you to stop in for a visit.
